• Subcontract repair can't be arranged upfront TER recognizes that even with the best organisation in the world there are occasions when something breaks.  We offer a couple of solutions for subcontract repairs. 
  • Many of the repair companies charge for the estimation/handling of a repair so we get the customers' permission to send to the equipment to the subcontractor giving details of likely timescales and minimum costs. Then we get the estimated price and pass this to the customer who can then either agree or ask for it to be returned.
  • If we have an upfront arrangement to sent equipment to certain subcontractors we will send the equipment and then pass the customer the estimated cost of repair.
• All our subcontractors are audited TER makes certain that the quality of the calibration is not compromised by doing regular in depth audits on our subcontractors.
• One Stop Shop There is not a calibration company in the world that can calibrate everything, TER  as a subcontract management team who ensure that we offer a one stop shop for all your tool requirements.
• Still 5 days Turnaround No not on everything because some suppliers are just too slow, however, for the majority of our subcontract we still provide our customer with 5 days turnaround.
