• Many repairs are Free. TER often makes small repairs without charge such as mains fuses or a bit of a clean.
• Some repairs require a small charge not worth estimating. TER ocan arrange at contract stage that small repairs below a certian cost are not estimated. The benefits are: -
  • The equipment can be returned faster
  • The administration cost is less so the customers repair cost is less. 
  • The customers administration is less so the customer is happier and will be positive when it comes to contract renewal.
• The fixed price repairs are generally used by customers who have built their trust in us.
